Convert the Silhouette Studio file format to the SVG format as used by Inkscape and other vector editing applications. The conversions are NOT 100% error free, see Known Issues.

The SVG files created had sometimes had invalid values. Fixed.
Fixed some issues when reading in the Studio files.

The SVG output has been changed from pixels to points (72 Dots per Inch), to correct the scaling with other SVG reader applications. This is NOT a bug/issue with the converters, but with other applications that cannot read the SVG 1.1 specification correctly. The dashed line styles have been improved.

Some improvements have been made to pattern fill/bitmaps scaling and position issue, when Print and Cut/Contour Cutting files are converted. There will still be files that will not be correctly scaled, or be in the correct position. Fixed
Shapes/objects are now grouped as they are in the original file. Fixed

The SVG file created a media of 400mm x 400mm. It now uses the media size from the Studio file. Fixed.
Some files with bitmaps/raster images produced the error 'bitmap not found or unknown bitmap type'. Fixed.

Improved the Rhinestone style detection, so that released stones are now correctly detected. The warning message of '...not been released' replaces '...may not have been released'.
The Rhinestone sizes in the drawing are now listed. There are only 4 sizes any way.

Partial support for Radial Gradient fills (when imported from an SVG file) has been implemented. A number of the fills will need to be manually adjusted, see Known Issues below.
Implemented opacity/transparency for Bitmaps/Images/Patterns.
Issue Fixed: Some Bitmaps/Images/Patterns caused the converter to crash.
Issue Fixed: Some Bitmaps/Images/Patterns were missing.

Text is now converted
An indication that a rhinestone and/or sketch style are/is in the drawing and may not have been released. For the style to appear in the basic edition of Silhouette Studio, it must be 'released' in the Silhouette Studio Designer/Business Edition.

Known Issues

PixScan bitmap/raster images are not extracted, only the vectors
Radial gradient fills may not be correct. To correct them in Inkscape, see http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Attributes-Fill-Stroke.html#Attributes-Gradients, Adjusting Gradients.
Pattern fills may not be scaled correctly. To correct them in Inkscape, see http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Attributes-Fill-Stroke.html#Attributes-Patterns, Adjusting Patterns
Radial gradient fills have not been implemented
Shadow (in Silhouette Studio Designer Edition/Business 3) has not be implemented
Both the print and cut ‘layers’ are converted to a single file
Perforated cut styles are not converted
Objects are not grouped
